So it seems like half of the Moms my kids go to school with were reading this book, they all kept talking about it at pick up. After school let out for the summer one of the Moms brought me her copy to the pool, I hadn't even said I wanted to borrow it, she just gave it to me. The first night as I started to read the "bad book" I joked around with Brian about the character's cheesy names and unrealistic life. But within the hour I was sucked in and stayed up until 12:30 reading
"Fifty Shades of Gray" by E. L. James
Yep... Christan Gray and Anastasia Steele's sexual tension is (as the Mom who gave me the book said) like a car wreck that you can't look away from. Really it's a cheesy romance novel that reminds me of pretty woman with a lot more weird sex... you just can't look away.
I have a few chapters more to read of this and I know there are two more books after this one. I'm not sure if I'll read them or not.
